Information you choose to provide

The project inquiry asks for your name, business, business type, phone and/or email, current website, package interest, preferred contact method, and project needs.

When you submit the form, Bilenki Studio records the supplied inquiry details in a private Google Sheet and uses Google Workspace and Gmail to notify the studio. If you provide an email address, the system also sends a short acknowledgement from Bilenki Studio.

If the secure intake service cannot confirm delivery, the site offers email and phone instead and does not claim the inquiry was received. Information is used to respond, evaluate project fit, prepare a scope, and communicate about requested services.

Website hosting and performance information

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events, under its own policies.

Bilenki Studio may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and performance reporting. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Bilenki Studio also counts inquiry starts and submissions, pricing PDF clicks, and contact actions in Cloudflare logs. These event records contain an action name and optional package number, without inquiry details or visitor identifiers. Bilenki Studio does not configure advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.

How information is used

• Meet legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations when applicable.

Sharing and retention

Bilenki Studio does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, documents, or project operations, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site and its users.

New inquiry records are scheduled for a manual retention review after 12 months. Active project, legal, accounting, dispute, or legitimate business-record needs may require a longer period.

External links and your choices

Links to email, downloadable documents, booking tools, payment providers, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

You may ask Bilenki Studio to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, or account credentials in a project inquiry.

Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated as the website, service providers, or business practices change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
