Do I own the website?

No. Foundational SEO and Search Console support discoverability, but rankings, indexing, calls, and revenue depend on Google, competition, content, reviews, location, and ongoing business activity.

What will the final agreement cover?

The signed proposal, scope of work, or service agreement confirms the exact pages, functionality, milestones, responsibilities, exclusions, schedule, care requirements, third-party costs, and final price.
